How do I receive my files?

  • Printable Wall Art & Invitations: These are instant downloads. After purchase, you'll receive a PDF file containing links to access and download your design(s).

  • Editable Canva Templates (e.g., planners, social media, business cards): Also available via instant download – you'll receive a PDF with a direct link to access and edit the template in Canva.

  • Branding Kits: These are customized by the designer. After your purchase, you'll receive a message via Etsy with your first preview(s) for approval. Once approved, your final files will be delivered digitally via Etsy or email.

What’s the difference between a premade branding kit, a Canva template, and a printable?

  • Premade Branding Kits: These are customized by us. You choose your package (1 to 3 logos, business cards, etc.), send us your business details, and we personalize everything for you. You'll receive preview files via Etsy for approval, and final files are delivered once approved.

  • Canva Templates: These are DIY editable templates. You’ll receive an instant download PDF with a link to edit the design in Canva. Perfect if you want to customize things like planners, social media posts, or loyalty cards yourself.

  • Printables (Wall Art & Invitations): These are ready-to-download designs that you can personalize in Canva (if stated), or simply download and print as-is. After purchase, you’ll get a PDF with links to access your files instantly.

Can I request changes to a premade logo?

Yes! All branding kits include unlimited revisions, so we’ll keep working on your logo until you're 100% happy with the result.

Color changes and adjustments to your business name/tagline are always included. If you'd like more advanced edits (such as font or layout changes), feel free to message us — we’re happy to discuss upgrade options if needed.

Are revisions included?

Yes – unlimited revisions are included for custom branding kits until you’re fully satisfied. We want you to love your final design!

Can I use the same logo as shown in the preview?

Yes, but each logo is customized with your business name. We ensure that your final files are unique to your brand. However, since these are premade templates, the base design may be sold again with different business names

What software do I need to use the templates?

All editable templates are designed for Canva – a free and user-friendly online design tool. No need to install software or have design experience!

Can I print the designs?

Yes! All files are high-resolution (300 DPI) and print-ready. Business cards are delivered in PDF format, and wall art or planners can be printed at home or through a professional service.

I made a mistake with my order. Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the files or templates have been sent. However, we're happy to assist with fixes or revisions where possible.

What is your turnaround time for branding packages?

You’ll receive your first preview within 24 hours or less (on business days).

Final files are typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days, depending on how many revisions you request. Since revisions are unlimited, the timeline depends on your feedback speed — but we always aim to finalize your branding as quickly as possible!
